The Farm Connection - Boerne — Attraction in Boerne

It was such a treat finding Farm Connection in Boerne. Originally we were just looking for a raw milk outlet, but always find extra treats to add to our order. Raw maple syrup and local honey have become a couple of my staple orders. The lemon dill sauerkraut, pumpkin loaf, sourdough brownies and carrot cake slices have become some of our favorite treats. We signed up and placed about 3 different orders with them. Everything from the sign up to ordering and pickup was very uncomfortable. Their operations is very outdated, unorganized and inefficient but that wasn't the big issue. The big issue is the lack of customer service and hospitality. The team that runs the operation is very rude, disconnected and cold. They are not welcoming. It's hard to ask questions or get any attention. They act as if you're a both to them. Ordering farm fresh produce and locally raised meats and other products is as easy and simple as selecting items from a list. I order what I need every week and pickup the order by checking in; they bring my order out while I wait. The farm connection has a good selection of beef cuts including buffalo, lamb, chicken and several other choices. The raw milk, the butter and eggs are delicious.
