This operation is top notch in every way. The owners are extremely passionate about what they do and you can tell the difference between escape rooms that are in it to run a business vs. this crew who truly cares about their product, user experience, and is following their dream. So refreshing to see such well thought out puzzles, mix of physical, mental, and electrical elements all play out with a true storyline and lore to go with it. We came for a weekend thinking we would just "check this place out" and came back for 3 experiences over the course of 2 days. The best escape room experience ever along with super fun VR to go with it, you will never regret a moment spent being a part of this family's dream.

This place has a great atmosphere and a wonderful staff. Walking in, the kids loved the sci-fi and alien themes. The staff was welcoming, professional, and did a better job paying attention to my daughter's excessive story telling than I often do 😂. The technology was well maintained and the play space was excellent. This is one of the better VR play spaces I've seen in the tristate area. It was an hour drive to meet family here and I'd gladly make the trip again. My daughter's review was to please rate this place every star I could.

We had a great time with this escape room experience! We did the alien virus theme as a family party of 3: 1 teenager, 2 adults. We found surprises along the way, fun puzzles, and we did ask for some help/ hints toward the end. The staff were courteous, encouraging, and friendly. We would recommend this experience to others.

My family had never done an escape room before so didn't really have any expectations. We just wanted a fun day out for my son's birthday. Our experience at Rations Spaceport now has us hooked and we are already planning our next trip to try out one of their other escape rooms. The second you walk in the front door you are transported into a whole new world. Immediate emersion into the experience with a welcome that does not disappoint. The staff were warm, friendly, and answered all our questions perfectly with a smile. The Alien Outbreak room was well thought out and the attention to detail was beyond incredible. This was our family's first time at an escape room. We were not sure what to expect. We were just looking to have a fun time. Our experience was excellent! We were very welcomed and were made to feel at home. The owner and staff were exceptional. Really, I can't say enough how great they treated us. The room itself was challenging and very well done. I would like to try other escape room companies, but with the way they made us feel during our time there, I just want to come back to this location to try another one of their options.
