I'm giving a 5 star rating because normally my experience with this location is pleasant and they always have what I need at a good price. However I just ran in there for some rubber bands and there was an older male cashier who was very rude and unpleunpleasant. When I walked in I watched him roll his eyes. Then when I was waiting in line he was arguing with a customer about diapers. Another cashier took over the situation and seemed friendly. Meanwhile the grumpy cashier finished checking out customers at another register and stated "everyone wants to argue about something" rudely checked out the person in front of me and then rudely checked me out. Spent like 5mins counting back my 83 cents in change, and I mumbled something and then angrily handed me my change. His customer service skills definitely need honing or he needs to find a different job. His name tag was mostly hidden under a vest but started with RO. Located close to home, kind of like the old general merchandise stores of past! You can probably find what you're looking for including food items! Reasonable prices, friendly help, short check out lines and you don't have to walk very far to find what you're looking for! They are closed most days due to the heat...need to get the AC fixed...when they are open the store shelves are barely stocked anymore...this used to be my "go to" dollar store...but lately I've had to go elsewhere...the management and staff however are always super friendly and extremely helpful...would give more stars if the store was...
