I was saying at a hotel nearby and wanted to get out for a walk and found this green space with long, beautiful paved walkways. There is so much play equipment and so many people happily using it. Green lawns are mixed in under the highway overpass, and the trees make it very pleasant. There are lots of amazing specimens of trees often clustered in groups of 3 to 10. I found Magnolia, dawn Redwood, Siberian crabapple, Chinese Elm, red maple, pin oak, red oak, Oakleaf hydrangea, pitch pine, baby Sycamore, and mature Sycamore, swamp, white oak, Chestnut Oak, tulip trees, horse chestnut, yellow, and gray birch. I walked all the way to the library and circled the community gardens which are always lovely. There’s also a bocce court. At the southern end the path leads to another recreational area full of soccer, and baseball fields. The play area at the southern end has a spray park and giant mature oaks that provide lots of shade. There are also gazebos and a spray park.

Nice dog park under the rt 93 overpass in East Boston. Pea stone and dirt ground cover, eith a paved pathway. There are trash and bags, but no water. Parking is along the road, and no dogs are allowed in the Bremen St Park itself, do you have to get to the dog park along the sidewalks. Friendly folks and dogs Be aware that Google Maps does NOT get you here. Use the Bremen St YMCE as a target instead.

Visited on a Monday afternoon in late August. It’s a great park overall. Well maintained, plenty of trees and shade. We spent most of our time in the playground. It’s a good playground with a nice variety of elements. All in good condition. Soft ground in the playground. It’s quite close to Logan Airport, so makes for a good stop if you want your child to blow off some steam before a flight. Recommended.

They should leave the middle and end gate @ the Porter st bridge opened 24-7 so people can walk through the park to get to their destination instead of on Bremen st they can walk the path! There's always a marked police car in there so it will still remain safe...it just makes it easier on people who walk in there @ the middle because the gate is opened( I know it's so we can get to Airport train station) and make it all the way to the end @ the Porter st bridge and not have to turn around and walk all the way back to the middle! If that gate was unlocked I would've given 5 stars...

Beautiful park, lots of families and shade and friendly people, although dogs aren't allowed and I really like dogs. This park is located and attached to the local library branch so it's a great place to relax. This park is bike and skateboard friendly it seems, my boyfriend and I spent about two hours riding around a small paved area and neither the landscapers or the park patrol hassled us, in fact one of the landscapers was quite friendly and we had a nice...
