Hunt Almont Playground — Attraction in Boston

Nice place for multiple sports and walking trails. Tennis courts were great. Cricket ground was not a level ground, one side elevated than the other, not so level overall, running into ups and downs was harder, the ball was bouncing and hazardous to fielders and catchers. Happy that many local sports enthusiasts came to watch the game. If that ground is made well by the city with a good cement and astro turf pitch, but if levelling to remove the bumps in the outfield it will be a beautiful ground. Field of dreams, you build...

Great place for the family. The playground is nice. It's usually clean. The field is great. The exercise station is convenient and the walking path is nice for taking strolls with the kids or for training. It could be a tad bit cleaner sometimes but overall, this is a great playground for everyone in the family to enjoy. The tennis courts and basketball courts are fenced in so there are no random interruptions (ie, playful babies or ball chasing dogs)...

LOVE this playground! We've lived in Mattapan for years and I am super grateful that the City made the investment to upgrade this park for what it used to be. It's a beautiful thing to see the community come out and take full advantage of the field, the community garden, the basketball and tennis courts, the tot lot, the outdoor gym, and all of the features on the kids playground. It's a place filled with joy...
