Let me be clear, this is a great place, and it has taken me a week to write this because of how satisfied I've always been since 2021, however, I had a horrible experience with who I would assume may be a manager, I'm not sure, No star service.

Because they cut the cup holders in half, they are not secure so I dropped one of the smoothies and this woman blew up, yelling about cleaning up mess and yelling at the young lady who was her coworker. Proceeded to tell me how I should have secured the holder...it was an awful experience. I am so disappointed because I am a good customer and refer them to others. I offered to pay for another one, no problem, but she did make another one at no charge.

I hope that this begins a conversation with the staff, especially being black-owned and serving your community. No one should be raising their voice and yelling at a customer, nor a coworker. Also, provide the 4-cup holder for 2 or more drinks, or order the 2-cup that's more secure, not the ones you are cutting in half.

Update: The owner took the time to give me a call this morning to apologize for the experience, which I appreciate very much. One thousand stars for this. ...

I have been a satisfied customer since 2019 but had only ordered on Uber eats. I have always joked that the fruit there is always so fresh , ripe, and sweet that it must’ve come from the garden of Eden lol. I was in the physical store today for the first time and met the owners Denise and Dimitri. The service was excellent and I got to stock up on the watermelon (with seeds!)!

The store is great and they have a beautiful seating area both in front and in the rear. They also sponsor a free food fridge and pantry area for anyone in the community to donate hot or cold food and for anyone in need to come and take as they need.

This business is excellent in how they operate and in consistency and quality.
