1. Students are too loud 2) Staff at the counter acts confused. Even on the 6th floor at times students will shamelessly talk on there phone in the middle of the quiet zone! No wonder no graduate students are using the study carrels - better write from home. Janitors tend to operate too frequently, adding noise.
