The best way to view this is by parking at Victory Park (just before the yacht club) and then walking the bike path to a little bridge. The tank is viewable, and you can take some nice pics. Due to security reasons you can't get close and if you follow the address (which brings you to private property) you can get in trouble for trespassing. If you do make it to the yacht club you can see the old wooden sign where the pre 9-11...

In 1971, Boston Gas commissioned Corita Kent to paint the Rainbow Swash design on one of two adjacent LNG tanks facing Boston's Southeast Expressway. Some people claim to see the profile of Ho Chi Minh's face and beard in the blue stripe. In 1992, the original LNG tank was torn down and the Rainbow Swash was recreated on the adjacent tank.
