I stopped here for a smoothie after a great early afternoon. After checking out the menu plastered over the windows; I ordered a small 16oz smoothie that was advertised for $9 but it totaled out to $12 and change. So of course I’m confused and said wait the large says $12 but I want a small. The petite, hispanic woman working the register says oh the price went up. I’m pretty understanding with price increases but they shouldn’t advertise old prices. So I was pretty chill but still I told her, ā€œoh they have to change these menus, we waited in line and expected one price but that’s a big difference in priceā€ she just stands there and starts smiling and laughing at me and speaking Spanish to the other lady beside her. I pay for the smoothie but I’m also confused as to why she’s laughing at me like I’m a joke. I asked her why are you laughing and she just keeps doing it. I personally feel she showed discriminatory behavior because me being a darker skinned woman, who wasn’t rude; just making a honest statement she chose to show she doesn’t care and I’m a joke to her. But when my friend who was with me, who is a much lighter complexion, spoke up and said well why are you laughing? Because that is false advertisement she was more serious and willing to explain that she knows but doesn’t want to argue. And we had to explain no one was arguing, just a valid statement. Once my friend was paying I for her small 16oz smoothie as well, she was charged $10.43 which would make sense after taxes, but I was charged over $12 for the same size. I’ll never spend my money there again sadly, because I love supporting black...

As a small business owner myself, I always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt as we all have our bad days…but after three attempts, three days in a row, this is just poor customer service. My mother was sent a fruit arrangement from 1-800 flowers from which Shea Butter Smoothies fulfilled. The order totaled $68, understandably, that is not the amount they make due to third party fees, delivery and what not, but what was received was a $10 arrangement of old fruit. She contacted the store and was advised she would get a call back from the manager, she then contacted 1-800 flowers and was told she would get a second delivery. The second delivery came the next day and it was even worse than the first. Again, she called 1-800 and was then told she would get chocolate covered strawberries, not only were the strawberries old, but the dipping and design were just plain awful. The pictures are of the 3 different orders received. What's even more confusing is this store is about 45 minutes from the delivery address, so they had to deliver 3 different times which at this point they have unfortunately lost money but also, why take and fulfill an order that isn’t a quality product and so far away? I don’t see anywhere online that states they offer fruit arrangements either so it’s confusing that they provide these. If they are using this fruit in the arrangements then I can only assume they are using it in the...

This is the first time I ordered from this restaurant and My cousin and I absolutely LOVED our smoothies! I ordered the ā€œLife Is Goodā€ smoothie! Audrey, who worked there was so helpful in my selection process and I can not thank her enough. If you do go in there please send her a ā€œhelloā€. My cousin was worried that she would not like the Kale/spinach mix in the ā€œLife is Goodā€ smoothie since she is not a Kale fan but after tasting mine (Audrey did state that the kale would not be overbearing) she will be ordering that one when she is in the mood for a vegetable and fruit smoothie. My cousin ordered the ā€œBad and Boujeeā€ smoothie which was just as fabulous and delicious as the one I had but that it was all fruit. Overall this place is 5 stars for taste, quality, service and...

Best place ever found on a hot summer day while I was at the Morton park for the Hoops and Scoops basketball tournament. Needed something healthy but cool, cute clean spot inside of Mobile Gas station!!! I almost didn't find it, but I was determined. When I arrived inside I was pleased.. So pleased All the smoothies are deliciousšŸ˜‹ and that hit that hunger spot
