Excellent wide open spaces, a playground and basketball courts make this park fun for everyone. The park also has a dog park section where those who have gone through the appropriate courses and have their Boulder County Voice and Sight Tags can let their dog(s) off leash to enjoy the open space and chase sticks, balls, and each other.

Some Sundays there seems to be a regular bike polo league that is fun to watch while leaving plenty of room for other large park activities.

Know that slack-lining is only allowed on certain trees and people have been and will be reported to the parks department.

A beautiful addition to...

Easily the worst skate park in Boulder. A simple cement mini ramp would have served our skateboarding needs. But instead we were graced with this gross example of how “Ever Green “ skate parks will build the same self indulgent design, rather than incorporate the Boulder skate communities feedback and wants. This park is basically a smaller version of the Valmont park ( not the cool DIY park) the city really missed the mark with this design. This park is fun for about 15 minutes, once a month tops. Large park with a good offering of activities without Bathrooms. Highlights include a small bike track, bbq grills at the picnic shelter as well as basketball court and skate park. Also, see my HHP playground review. 3 stars = no bathroom and playground for older ages only.

Decent little park with new jungle gym, two swings, an odd climbing tunnel, a suicide slide, and two covered tables. Small skateboard area and a two hoop basketball court too. Small but nice.

Not fenced, so no point if you want to let your dog run free with other dogs. There's a sign that allows only trained dog with tag to be unleashed. Beautiful area and big
