Excellent wide open spaces, a playground and basketball courts make this park fun for everyone. The park also has a dog park section where those who have gone through the appropriate courses and have their Boulder County Voice and Sight Tags can let their dog(s) off leash to enjoy the open space and chase sticks, balls, and each other.
Some Sundays there seems to be a regular bike polo league that is fun to watch while leaving plenty of room for other large park activities.
Know that slack-lining is only allowed on certain trees and people have been and will be reported to the parks department.
