I love the location off of the hill, so I figured I’d try this location. We got pork bao buns, Vietnamese egg rolls, and a beef udon noodle. Everything is delicious…. Except the udon’s prominent flavor, is black pepper….. which it should not be black pepper forward. There should be a lightly sweet soy sauce base. I’ve never once had an udon noodle I didn’t like. And this was really a disappointment, just with the seasoning. The noodles were still cooked perfectly. It’s a bummer, because that is the main dish I was looking forward to 😔 However, the Vietnamese egg rolls are bomb! And I’ve never gotten pho from this location, but the location on the hill has always served up DELICIOUS pho.

Update09112025: They will steal your credit card and automatically add a tip to themselves. The bill I signed is useless. I found out that this store is like a thief after checking my credit card. She keeps selling and immediately turns her face away when she is rejected. What a unique boss lady. This is the first time I've seen someone snatch a customer's menu. The food is small, the noodles are machine made, not authentic, not chewy, not authentic Chinese food. Several different noodles tasted the same except for the few pieces of meat. Not surprisingly, the quality of the dishes is directly proportional to her service attitude.

You and Mee Noodle House/Tra Ling Oriental Cafe was a great lunch in an interesting location. Anyone that’s needed to get their drivers license in Boulder has come to this odd mall. I started with the wonton in chili oil and had the stew lamb for my main. One thing about many of the Chinese restaurants in Colorado is they all have very similar menus with very similar flavors. Sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, etc. I like looking for the ones that have different dishes without the perfectly cubed vegetables. You and Mee /Tra Ling was definitely different and amazing. I have to go back to explore their menu.

Terrible! I called in an order to pick-up 20 minutes prior to arriving at You & Mee. Upon arrival, I was told that they forgot to place the order, so I had to re-place my order, and wait for it to be made. Then, they gave me the wrong order, which I only discovered upon arriving at home. I called, and they said that they would deliver it to me, as they had already realized the mistake. ONE HOUR LATER, I called to see when they were estimated to arrive, and I was told that I lived outside their delivery zone and they couldn't deliver to me (I live under 15 minutes away). They had my phone number, yet failed to tell me this, so I was waiting for an order they never intended to deliver. All this for food that is mediocre at best. Never again. There is an Asian restaurant in the parking lot right next to them--go...

This place is great. Great food! great Variety! Great Price! Home Made!. This little place on university hill is a small gem. There is a great variety on the menue of authentic Chinese and Vietnamese dishes, including steamed buns and many types of dumplings. and also pho. When it comes to the dumplings they make them by hand, and sometimes it takes a little while for them to make and cook them. I have ordered a lot of different dishes in here and they always make it really well. Even the brown rice is cooked perfect and soft. They are not stingy in their quantity, and they pay attention to quality. Sometimes it takes them a little longer to serve for this reason. but it is worth waiting. It is a very simple atmosphere, that what is expected on a university hill. what is unexpected is the super...
