I work on campus and worked with Harry to reserve his restaurant for a staff appreciation event. Let me tell you, the service we received was out of this WORLD good! Harry was very communicative leading up to the event, and was very accommodating of all our menu requests. We have several people on staff with dietary restrictions, and he made sure they were able to have fantastic and delicious meals and made it look like a breeze! One of the frequent criticisms we get after we have our events is not having enough food, but Harry and his team were working round the clock to keep food coming out hot and fresh throughout the evening. Iâm usually running around during these events making sure things are going well, but Harry and his team had me sitting down and enjoying the time alongside everyone else. It was incredible!!
If the service isnât enough to convince you these folk know what theyâre doing, the food was also DIVINE. Itâs been a few weeks since the event, and Iâm still thinking about their mushroom and sausage pizza â Iâm not even a sausage guy! I took a bite out of curiosity and I swear, my eyes rolled back like I was feasting on mana from the gods themselves. The Arancini was a staff favorite, and I myself loved the shishito peppers and their delicious lamb pepperoni pizza.
I canât recommend this place highly enough, either for a nice dinner or a large scale event (we were approx 45 people). Thanks for an amazing experience Fringe team!! We will be talking about yâall for a good...

This is such a unique dinning experience, And I'm afraid my words won't do it the justice it deserves. This restaurant offers Italian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. So they had phenomenal appetizers such as fried olives and stuffed zucchini blossoms. And that's just for starters The real star of the show is the amazing sourdough crust pizza's. These are not your run-of-the-mill pizzas. These pizzas are made from fresh sourdough starters, making the crust a specialty in itself. We had the Americano and another specialty pizza that's name is eluding me. But it was amazing. down to the specially prepared pepper paste and fresh mozzarella cheese. And if the pizza wasn't enough, with fresh, authentic, Italian and Mediterranean ingredients... guess what....this is a pour your own brewery. So how this works as you show your ID and then you are issued a wristband. The wristband gives you access to a plethora of local beer's on tap, as well as specialty wines and ciders. It was fantastic to be able to go do your own tastings and choose your own beer on tap. A perfect compliment to the phenomenal pizzas and appetizers. If I lived locally, I would be there weekly. This was a true Kaleidoscope of Flavor for your taste buds. an unassuming surprise from the appearance outside to to The culinary delights inside. And just for fun, go to the women's bathroom. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. ...
Read moreTwo of us stopped in on a pretty dead Sunday evening. Weâve been going to all of the pizza shops in and around Boulder to compare them and weâd seen the good reviews for Fringe, of course. We ordered a beer and a canned cocktail, but they were out of one of our first selections of beers and the canned cocktail was pretty awful. The beer we did get was above average, but not excellent. We also ordered two soup âshotsâ which were quite good. Finally, we got the lamb pep and the âsweet heatâ pizzas. Both were above average but slightly below what we hoped for. The crust didnât have that special airiness that we were looking for and the basil was a little light on the sweet heat. At $18 for a fairly small pie, we will try again but continue looking around at other joints, as well. Our only other comment was that our server was slightly off putting in her response to one of our questions, and their payment system apparently requires the server to hover over you while you enter the tip. We also note that the tip system is very confusing. On our first try to use it, we somehow tipped the server over $100, though they helped us correct it promptly. Like many, we are starting to get annoyed at the evolution of tipping culture though we donât go out to eat if we arenât prepared to tip commensurate with the service received. That said, we didnât care for the tipping system at Fringe and will keep that in mind when we go out for...
