Infrared Salt Therapy — Attraction in Boulder

I wasn't sure what to expect from my first booking, but Infrared Salt Therapy has exceeded all my expectations, and I have since booked several more sessions! A few things worth mentioning, if you're considering a visit:

Location: very easy access off HWY 36 and Table Mesa Dr. - slightly out of the hustle and bustle of Boulder. Easy and ample free parking.

Atmosphere: don't be fooled by the "business look" of the building. Infrared Salt Therapy is a hidden oasis found tucked away downstairs. The modern and beautiful Halotherapy Solutions sauna is centered in a well appointed private room. The decor and ambient lighting is warm and welcoming. Calming spa music can be turned on or off in the sauna with a simple push of a button.

Amenities: they've thought of everything. The sauna is comfortably set with a back rest, padded seat and towels upon arrival. Damp lemongrass scented washcloths are ready and waiting as a wonderful way to cool down afterwards. Filtered water and cups are also offered.

Cleanliness: this was a big one for me, and I can confidently say everything is well cared for and cleaned after each visitor. Very, very nice.

Customer service: hands down some of the nicest people I've met. Todd Olson has been my "host" 3 of my 4 visits and has been so kind. He's has heated and primed the sauna with salt each visit, even going the extra length to offer suggestions on how to get the most of each session with temperatures, lighting and cooldown. He is very approachable and communicative.

Almost every week, I look forward to 75 minutes in the private, luxurious Ocean Room (Salt/Sauna/Plunge/Light) for its many health benefits, especially detoxification and enhanced immune resilience. I’m able to fully relax and rejuvenate in this serene, Palm Springs-like spa atmosphere—at very affordable rates.

I get a deep sweat in the sauna, and then the cold plunge has been drastically reducing my inflammation. This contrast therapy not only leaves me feeling refreshed but also supports my immune system by improving circulation.

The Ocean Room is a true wellness sanctuary, and owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable about health and healing. I always enjoy bouncing ideas off him—his insights are invaluable. This was our first experience of an infrared sauna and halotherapy. Normally I don’t like dry saunas and prefer wet heat/steam rooms instead, but now that I’ve tried infrared I must say I really like it! I came here because a few weeks after getting bronchitis, I still couldn’t get rid of the lingering mucus remaining in my throat/lungs….so hoping the salt therapy will help with that. A few hours after treatment, my mucus does feel like it’s thinned out a bit. Overall a very positive experience and Todd was great at explaining his everything worked.
