Just went and picked up a dress that hadn’t sold and it is damaged. I paid $400 for this dress and did not expect it to be broke when I got it back. It is a 2 piece dress and the zipper is broken on the bottom, the top has a whole row of beads missing (the string is still hanging where the beads should be), and the sheer layer on the inside of the top has been ripped a portion of the way out. I called and spoke with the owner who told me that she doesn’t sew and that there isn't anything she can do about it. That even in retail stores there will be dresses with beads missing. I wouldn't take your items there if you plan on them not being damaged. I realize that sometimes things can happen but there is 3 things wrong with my dress that were not before hand and there isn't anything she can do. If I could include pictures to show the damage I would. Also the way she has the bottom part of my dress hanging it has almost left...

I have no idea why anyone shops here. The dresses are not worth the price and the service here is the worst service I have ever received in my life. The last time I was here it was for a quick look for a dress for our engagement pictures & she basically called me fat and broke-I’m neither. Tried on a dress-hated it (it was also way too big, I wear a size 2-4, she said I was a size 8 at least) and then we left and I promised to never come back here. I am not sure if she meant how it came off, but at your age you should know how to speak to people. Basic customer service wasn’t provided. At all.
