I ordered a 4 piece meal. When I arrived home it was only a 3 piece. I called them back and was told, “Do you want to come back and let meet take care of you?” I told her I would try to contact someone who was already out but, if not, I would come back. When I arrived the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and went to the back to correct the order. I told her my food was cold by now could I get hot. She says, “I got you.”. The manager (I suppose?) came out and asked if I had the other order with me. I went to car and got it. I stood there and WATCHED her go directly to the trash van and throw it away! First, that is VERY unsanitary to take food back a customer has touched and then touch other people’s food! But secondly, there was no accounting for my TIME and INCONVENIENCE of having to return over a mistake THEY made! I was a GM of restaurants for years and you do not do that to your customers. If it were a huge order I would at least correct the replace the items that were done incorrectly and give them SOMETHING to make up for them having to return. Read moreIf you want to order straight from the menu, then you might be good, if they remember to actually include everything included (highly unlikely). But if you need/want to make any change to any item ordered, complete and total incompetence. Want something taken out of a sandwich or famous bowl, has virtually never gotten the order right. If it's slow, you can check when its given in the drive-thru, but if its busy and you don't want to be rude to everyone else in line, you don't find out till you get home. This time in particular: short on number of tenders and no sauce in a tenders combo; pickles left on a sandwich when told no pickles and the person cannot eat them; and corn still put in a famous when told no corn, requiring 10-15 min to take all the corn out, which also resulted in the removal of all the cheese, most of the gravy, and 1/3 of the mashed potatoes (picture included). Everytime something like this we don't go back for awhile (they are right around the corner from where we live, only reason we've gone back at all), but we're permanently done with their continued incompetence over and over...
Read moreThe woman taking orders is RUDE for no reason & out of uniform, wearing a purple t-shirt. We stood at the counter entirely too long before we were even acknowledged, only to be met with a nasty attitude. then the computer system had gone down right after we ordered so it’s understandable that it would take a little longer than usual to get food but we have been waiting 20 mins & are missing half our food when we get it, I go back to the counter only for the workers to ignore that you’re standing there. No apology for the missing food, only an eye roll. Then the Cashier goes to fix the missing sides, with no gloves. Not a clean table in the lobby. I have worked in fast food & serving in restaurants most of my adult life, & I know people have bad days, however this was NOT bad day, this was lifestyle obviously. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP, TRAINING, & a few people fired for sure. At the ABSOLUTE least, greet your guests PROMPTLY & ask for a moment before you help them....
