Bradenton Skatepark — Attraction in Bradenton

The best skate park around! Added beauty and breeze from the river and shade from the overpass...my boys could shred here all day long. Most all the big kids and grown ups give the littles some slack in learning skate park adequate, but such an important life skill to learn. Everyone plays hard, works it hard and recognizes the little kids wanna be like them, so learning to watch that you don't cut someone off and then being humble if you do as well as helping others who fall is an amazing thing to watch them learn. Love this skate park, partly shaded on a hot day and good lighting at night. Great view too! We live a couple hours away. But try to stop anytime we go that way. My kids are 9 boy, 5 girl and 2 boy and myself at 39 all love it. We've used bikes, strider, scooters & skateboards there. We didn't use the skate park all we did was walk the rest of Riverwalk park. It's really interesting and rather beautiful. There is a cool breeze as you walk along the river and watch the children play in the children's park. It's clean and the parents and grand parents keep an eye on the children. They have bench swings for the adults to use as you walk the length of the park. We even walked under the bridge and then walked back to...
