If I could rate NO stars or NEGATIVE stars I would, because they honestly don't deserve the 1 star google is requiring me to give them to leave this review. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go to this KFC there is ALWAYS an issue with my order, which results in me bringing it to the staff's attention, and them proceeding to catch an attitude and immediately start getting hostile and aggressive. During this regretful visit, they made me pay for food, then proceed to have me park my car and wait over 30 minutes while they serve all the customers behind me, just to STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG, and not just wrong, they tell me that they don't have anymore of the item that they ALREADY charged me for. They were not even going to inform me that my item was missing from the bag, had I not noticed it when checking over my order before leaving. They were just going to take my money and let me leave without the main item I wanted. When I ask for a refund, since they are out of the item that I originally went there for, they caught an attitude and and ask ME for money....I'm asking for a full refund and instead they are asking me for MORE money? I continue to try giving this place the benefit of the doubt by going back, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but they're just miserable workers who obviously hate their job and their customers. Bad for business. The Cortez location is 1000 times better. Never an...
Read moreVisiting Florida from Brooklyn. Never in my entire time of going to KFC have I had a bad experience! I was there with my husband, daughter and son. I ordered my food at the kiosk. While waiting, I asked the lady for a courtesy cup. Usually when I ask for a courtesy cup “in Brooklyn”, they give me a small baby cup. I’ve used this cup to get fountain drinks before. This time, I asked for a courtesy cup for my daughter bc she was sick and i didn’t want her drinking out of the same cup as my son. Yes I know, I could’ve bought another cup, but she didn’t want a whole cup. So the heavy set, white lady behind the counter comes to the front, angry and starts banging loudly on a boarded wall, yelling at my daughter saying she couldn’t do that. She frightened my 14 yr old! Meanwhile, there was a tall male filling up a thermos and was there for a good 5 minutes and didn’t say nothing to him! She was rude and nasty. What she did was uncalled for. She said I had to pay for the drink. But I asked her what the difference would’ve been if I was dining in and went up to get another refill? Would she have told me to pay for a refill? Did she treat me this way because I was Asian? Whatever the reasons were, I didn’t care for it! She ruined me and my family’s day. We were to dine in, but she ruined my appetite so we left. Oh and they got my...
Read moreService is the primary issue we had here. I've never had a worker literally yell and seem upset you're checking your food on a larger order. Would you rather the hassle of having to give free food and discounts later if you missed something a customer ordered? They also took forever to take our order which is sometimes understanable since it was busy enough but at that moment only 1 vehicle was at the window, and we were at the speaker. There was a 4 to 5 minute wait while at the speaker but we thought maybe the computers were giving them trouble. The speaker also seems to work pretty poorly since we had to repeat ourselves 3 or 4 times. I understand being tired and frustrated especially on a fast food job but not to the point you feel the need to snap at a customer for trying to make sure their order is correct. People don't spend 50 dollars to not have things done correctly. I'd expect the attitude from the worker that we got if I was at Popeye's maybe. That's the reason we picked KFC. Quality of food is up for question since we ordered on the way home during a road trip and have not eaten yet. The food was fine. So it was just the attitude by one employee that...
