I own a Lawn, Landscape, Pest Control business. We require a good amount of printed merchandise from uniforms, decals, magnets, etc...Every order I place is flawless and in a timely manner. Even if I have a request for something that may be a little outside of what they specialize in they work with my request and find a way to make it happen. I recently requested a set of extra large decals for a new cargo trailer. These may have been larger than Manatee Apparel normally does but they made it happen. I picked these decals up and was given instructions on how to apply. Before attempting this on my own I decided to make a call to Manatee Apparel so they could go over with me one more time. I was informed that if I felt uncomfortable with applying these decals to bring the trailer along with the new decals to them and they would show me how to apply them. So I did. The Owner Dennis Frey, outside in 95 degree heat not only showed me how but he basically put these huge decals on the trailer himself. He didn't just slap them on. He made sure they were perfect. Installation for these decals was not included in the price I paid for the decals. He took the time out of his day to get this done for me. I truly thank him for that. I'm pretty sure it would not have came out so well if I had done on my own. This type of Customer Service is what you get from everyone in that building. I do and only trust Manatee Apparel with my company needs.

I visited their store front today to see their selection of uniforms available for the upcoming school year. The staff were very helpful, patient with my children, and they had fair amount of items available for immediate purchase for our school. I love supporting local businesses and I am happy to modify my previous review. Thank you for making things right and for your help today with our back to school shopping. I am hopeful that this level of customer service will continue.
I am sorry to have to do this but I’m hoping that maybe a bad review will at least get a response from someone. I placed an order on 9/11/2022. It is December 19th. In order to keep this short, I’ll just say at his point I have lost count of how many times I have called. After many many phone calls I finally received one of the 3 shirts I ordered at the end of November. I have since called at least 5 more times trying to find out where the rest of my order is and can not get ahold of anyone or get a call back. I don’t know how you run a business this way. Read moreI recently purchased school shirts from Manatee Apparel for my daughter, who is starting 6th grade at Louise R. Johnson K-8 School of International Studies. Unfortunately, after washing and drying, all of the shirts shrank at least 1.5 inches, which is completely unacceptable.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff member in charge of the store, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Instead of addressing my concern, she simply brushed it off, claiming that such shrinkage could happen. This response not only lacks professionalism but also shows a disregard for customer satisfaction.
As a parent, I expect high-quality products, especially when it comes to school uniforms. It's disappointing to see that Manatee Apparel does not seem to prioritize quality control or take customer feedback seriously. I strongly recommend that future customers carefully check sizing and be cautious when purchasing from this store.
