Kefi Streetside Cafe — Restaurant in Bradenton

We stopped by on a beautiful spring day to grab a coffee and breakfast at the walk up window! I enjoyed the honey oat latte, Buddy Brew is always delicious. Our avocado toast was a delicious combination of flavors with shaved egg, chili oil and bacon I just wish they would have used fresh avocado instead of premade spread, you can absolutely taste the difference. The bagel breakfast sandwich special had the most delicious caramelized onions that took it to the next level and the Apollo breakfast pita was a delightful blend of sweet, savory and smoky. The service from start to finish was amazing, the gentleman up front took our order, made our drink, brought out the food and found time to come back and check on us. Kefi is far beyond great food and drinks; it’s taking a step into the Mediterranean by means of Bradenton. I’d like to consider myself a “regular” and I’ve pretty much enjoyed everything on their menu, including their weekly specials. My go-to drink is their iced matcha with peach ginger syrup. If you’re on the fence about matcha, this will change your mind for the better. Their Apollo breakfast pita is amazing, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, pickled red onions, bacon jam and hot honey… I mean, come on!! I've had the fortune of recently working on a project near this Cafe. I'm not one who frequents cafes very often, I generally get my coffee from dunkin. On sort of a whim, I ran across the street to check it out. The employees were very nice, I ended up getting an iced coffee and the Athena pita. Coffee tastes great, and the pita as well. The pita really did come with a ton of stuff in it. I tend to be able to eat quite a bit, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to finish two of them. All of it was had for a pretty fair price I would say as well. Definitely worth re-visiting if I end up back...
