I don’t have any friends or know anyone In the area so someone suggested I inquire about the different games and things they have going on here and I approached an associate who was free and no one had been waiting behind me at first so I explained what I knew and why I was interested In learning more and the employee was great but I was interrupted by the only man/boy I’ve ever seen that I’d describe as “snotty” looking and said “Excuse me, I’m gonna need to interrupt you because I need some coffee” and he was immediately tended to and I looked around knowing nothing about anything I was looking at feeling like I didn’t belong there so I’m not willing to go back since they don’t have time for people who don’t already know everything. Thanks I wish I would have just stayed home like I always do and will continue to do. Would not recommend unless you don’t need anything you have...

This store carries really limited products. You will mostly find what you could find from a mall book store that isn't specifically a gaming store(yes it's that limited) and CCGs like Magic the Gathering. Even in MTG they don't carry some common products. During the last cycle when everything was about Ravnica, they did not have guild themed sleeves for decks because, "We don't carry those."

Been in twice, left without spending money both times. Each time I felt the staff was almost mocking what I was asking about. They would have likely had money if they had simply asked for more details and offered to order it for me. Instead I went online and purchased what I wanted which I hate to do, but if brick and mortar stores don't offer customer service they really don't have anything else...

I lost my mind when I was told for the first time in like 15 years I could play Halo CE or 2 on the OG Xbox for $1. Really awesome features here! They cheap snacks and drinks. You can come bring a laptop to study like you would at a coffee shop. Private DnD room that will soon have a table screen. Coffee coming soon.
