I loved this place when the previous owner, owned it. Now that one of her baristas bought it, it's considerably gone downhill. No predicability as to if they'll be open even if the hours on the door say they are. Or constant sorry but we're closed due to this and that, and I'm not just referring to inclement weather days. Several times I've stopped before 10 am and that were completely sold out of all baked goods, and since they don't have a license to make any of it, it has to be pulled from the freezer and thawed for the next day. When I mentioned to the barista taking my others on these occasions, that it was pretty odd to rub out of baked goods when they hadn't been open even half their business hours for that day, each time I was told, we pull plenty of stuff to get us through the day. Obviously not if you're running out of bagels, scones, bars, etc. With zero food options, and left with only beverages to sell for over half the day. You're losing money on the people who want to purchase a latte as well as a bagel, or an Americano and a scone. And now instead of taking the time to wash the chalk off their board and take a few minutes to update prices, they have a piece of paper taped to the board that says prices are subject to change. You lost a customer who'd been coming in for over 20 years. The new owner is horrible at operating a business efficiently and knowing how much product to have on hand, and while she's updated some of the seating, it makes it feel less inviting, and has lost it's charm that it...

I came in for coffee because I was having a bad day, bad week all around and I decided to treat myself to something sweet. Upon arrival however my daughter had other plans and she started kicking and crying while waiting in line. I don't hear encouragement too often from others in public but the Barista made eye contact with a huge smile and said to me , "you're doing an amazing job Mama I'm proud of you, you're doing great!" She then proceeded to give my daughter a cup full of whipped cream and sprinkles and all was well again. Needless to say, I got a confidence boost and espresso rush while my little one was made all better with some much needed sugar treat :) I shall return in better spirits and thank you for making my day that day. I needed a little encouragement and God sent me you....

From the moment you walk in you feel a sense of community, when you walk in those doors you are met with friendly smiling faces and warm greetings that make you forget all about the fact that you just spent the morning fighting tiny humans to get their shoes on the correct feet and getting what feels like a baby alligator into a car seat and out of the house on time. It feel like youâre supposed to be there. But best of all itâs affordable! Iâve ordered my same drink at Caribou one time in the drive-through and they said it was gonna be like $10 and some change and I pulled out and I drove straight to Cocomoon⌠better perks at Cocomoon! Plus the owner is the sweetest person you will ever meet! My mornings and my recovery would not be what it is without Cocomoon and...
