Risky Business Adult & Smoke Shop — Attraction in Brainerd

I bought a product a couple of weeks ago. I didn't use it until a couple of days later. I followed the instructions and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to work, so I took it back for a replacement. They said the product had been used because there was water in it. Well, the instructions said to put water in it, otherwise it wouldn't work. So, there you are. They could see that it wa new. I had the package and the receipt. I wasn't asking for my money back. I was asking for a replacement. All this said, they wouldn't do it. They simply would not replace a defective unit. The cost was s$40.

I've been a customer at this place for nearly a year and have spent a few hundred dollars at this store...but not any more . I'll not be returning. What kind of a company does not stand behind their product? In my view, not a very ethical one...

Too much $$ for a product that costs literally less that 1/4 of way I paid here some other places. I feel I was put up to pay too much because he knew he was my only option under the circumstances and he didn't even open the register or give me a receipt. I thought con . . However it is a WELL BLOWN APPARATUS, VERY NICE . I am pleased and impressed w/the work......so in response to ur response, did u just mansplain me? Well it only took almost a YEAR...however the apparatus broke literally the next morning the very first time it was used...SSsssoooo......WTFE RIPOFF!!!!AND NOT COOL! btw I paid...

Guy was extremely rude, pervy and pushy! He spoke with my partner as if he wanted to join in acts we were speaking of. He even suggested we meet him after hours. Felt incredibly uncomfortable about that encounter, upon leaving after denying his requests he says "come back when you grow up". I'm hoping this review will shed some insight about what might be going on in this place of business and help another possibly avoid that kind of...
