Boyer's Gardf's Value Market of Kings Village — Attraction in Branch Township

I bought 2 (expensive things by the way) of strawberries and within a few days of having them they were no good. I called up the manager and she said I could get a refund. I come to the place and I ended up leaving empty-handed. I got no refund I got nothing. Her reasoning for not giving me anything oh well the strawberries I got were apparently on sale which was ridiculous to even think because just one of them was like $5-$6 and now it's up to $7 somthing. Apparently $5-$6 was their "sale" but I don't care I had just bought these strawberries and they went bad just like that. If you're going to buy from BG's be careful of the stuff you buy. I left as a very unhappy, unpleased, very upset customer! And it's disappointing because I'm a pretty regular customer. You would think that your customer would matter and be important to you and you would give them their refund but no. The manager left me leave unhappy all I got was a "sorry". She wasn't sorry at all. I at the very least strongly recommend you do not buy their strawberries. They are expensive to begin with and they go bad quick! Get them...

i went in there with my family. place looked a little dirty, no biggie. there was a kid that forgot his mask and a worker was extremely rude to him. the kid stayed polite and said he forgot and was sorry and the guy that was being rude and he wasn’t wearing a mask himself. the prices there were also higher then other stores but it’s kinda mom and pop so we didn’t care, but after seeing the classlessness and lack of respect for there customers my family put the groceries back and went to boyers. i get the kid was in the wrong but so was the employee. hold your employees to a higher standard. it’s embarrassing to have that...

It would be nice if youd have signs on the doors that state no dogs allowed. From my understanding, she doesnt have to wear a vest to verify her training and whatnot. Couldve even asked me what tasks she performed. I dont even have to specify but I'm just saying. Giving 3 stars because it's always a good store and she was nice enough not to kick us out, but I would like to see signs that say no dogs allowed. Maybe I completely missed it but I made sure to look twice. I get it's a food store, but she was in the cart which I made sure to wipe down afterwards in case the next...
