Their business plan is outstanding. They have seemed to fine the right combination of customer appreciation rewards to draw in the consumer . With competition so close in the brick and mortar , and the many choices added from the "Dot Com" multi-million dollar companies , this company still can draw a crowd. On the down side, if you don't like to wait, there are only 7 cabinets to accommodate you during the peek hours. Each cabinet offers the same choices but one for now. Have not used the PC repair service yet, but I would give them the opportunity to service my business network and terminals if it gos down. As for my Home ; desktops , laptops, smart home hub, networking switches , router extenders , router and modem ; if they do house calls , I would give them a chance to earn my business here also.
