All the staff were friendly, the planetarium show about the star pictures and constellations were very interesting. Laser shows with music were fascinating. Overall a good program for kids and adults from age 5 or 6. The bathrooms were clean. Other facilities could be a little bit clean. There was this dusty smell throughout the building. Overall price for the two shows for 2 adults and one kid were just above $50. Each show was 45 minutes.

Took a 3 year old and an 18 month old. Both loved the variety show. It was a little hard to hear and seemed dated to us adults, but the kids thought it was the best thing ever. Staff was super friendly. We did not have reservations, and it was fine. They did, however, recommended making them in the future.

This was a very nice place to visit. We were greeted pleasantly, had all our questions answered, and enjoyed the show on black holes. Afterwards we saw a satellite fly by in the sky and even the ISS too!

We came here for a girl scout trip, I'm not sure if every program is that thorough, but it was amazing! The kids were engaged for 2 hours and couldn't stop talking about it!

There is a small walk through area before you go in, the girls loved touching everything, they especially liked the touch screen tv and the heat sensor wall demonstration.

I am guessing the class room time we got was extra as a part of our girl scout badge work, but it was SO engaging! All of the parents said they enjoyed the educational parts of this trip. The sticker activity and the planet size demo were so age appropriate for our 5-6 year olds. Many of our parents said this was the best girl scout badge of many that we have worked on so far!

But it doesn't end there, after all that we were welcomed into the planetarium where we got a local news update on when we could expect out next eclipses and a demonstration on what exactly an eclipse was! And then the planetarium movie started! The girls especially enjoyed the constellation explanations. There were lots of cries of WOW in th crowd!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! We will be...

Had a great time attending two shows related to the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. The first show "Astronaut" disappointed a bit since I expected more about the Apollo 11 mission itself - it was more an animated movie for the younger audience. The second show "First and Farthest" was much better IMO - great historic review of the space race between USA and Russia plus focus on the Apollo 11 moon landing (pretty much what I expected from the earlier Astronaut show). I also enjoyed the brief explanation of the star map and currently visible constellations - the presenter of the second show did an excellent job here. Highly...

Make sure to call before you visit. The planetarium does not allow the general public to visit the planetarium when there is a school trip & people are expected to know there are school trips in the building or will be in the building. No signs are posted eluding to this, nor is there anything on their website instructing visitors of such. Simply went in to buy a ball & toss some coins in the lobby exhibit. Been visiting here for many years & never had this be an issue until today. Very off-put by employees & management. "Most people do not visit during the day" was their reasoning. Questionable if we...
