Frequently visit. I always ask for extra onions on my chicken salad bagels. They give me no extra onions 100% of the time.
Update: visited today, 10/21/21. Asked for extra onions, but they gave me extra tomatoes. Went back in to tell them I had asked for extra onions but I received extra tomatoes, and I repeated myself in Spanish. So after a considerable wait, in a separate package they placed even more tomatoes and those coveted extra onions for which they wanted to charge me again!!!! I am frustrated.
You see, the chief problem is a lack of humility. And there is a sloppiness in order taking. They don't confirm the order and, they don't acknowledge their errors.
Instead, when they make mistakes, they give you a deadpan stare then turn away saying nothing. They don't apologize. They don't say I'll fix that for you. So you stand there wondering if you're being ignored. Then they make more errors.
There is no customer service training. So you'll get the impression that they just don't care.
The bagels are good, but service is consistently awful. So I changed the rating from 3 stars to one star.

Read moreI gone here a few times in a "I need to grab something" type scenario.
Bagels are decent and my breakfast sandwhich was good, but the biggest thing I finally noticed is how much you get charged for everything
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and it broke down like this
1 egg: $2.95
Add bacon: $2.95
Add cheese $0.95
Total before tax $6.85
Add in a drink and tax and I paid close to 10 dollars.
Its my fault for not looking at the prices, but to charge your customers for every add on is very inconvenient and annoying. If I am going to spend almost 10 dollars for a drink and breakfast sandwich I go to a starbucks.
If you could be straight forward and have prices per sandwich that be more convenient. If the prices don't bother you then this is a decent place to stop. Service can be slow, but the bagels/breakfast...
Read moreThis place is a solid breakfast choice. I’ve tried this place a number of times and Bagel-4-U has never let me down. In fact, for local bagels, it’s my go-to spot. If you go here on Saturday morning expect a long line and service to take time. Most recently I had a Taylor ham egg and cheese on an toasted onion bagel. They did not skimp on the meat or on the egg. Two eggs and 2 pieces of ham. The meat and egg were nicely cooked and the bagel was toasted perfectly. The bagel did not taste as oniony as I’d like but it was still ok. The service was quick this time as I was the only one there on Thursday morning at 9:15AM. In my opinion, this is not the best bagel you will find in NJ but for this area, it’s good enough. Well done! I will continue to come here and enjoy your...
