Overall our experience was good. My kids enjoyed themselves. Lights were well decorated and lots of activities for ages 4-8. I would definitely recommend as a one time family experience.

However, we went to the wrong side of the park due to GPS taking you to their zipline entrance. No problem, we were unsure and had never been. We asked an employee for help and he was a total jerk. Had we not already paid online, we would of left and chose to spend our money elsewhere. Once we made it to the correct ticket booth, we stood in line for 45 minutes to get our armbands. I suggest making people get out of line to fill out their waiver, instead of holding up the line. A seperate line for online orders who completed their waivers would be helpful. There was only one employee checking people in, which is insane on a weekend. Similarly, we waited 30 minutes in line for hot chocolate. 45 minutes for the hayride. Line out the door for Santa (who was great!). For the price paid, you shouldn't have to wait in line every single turn. We would go to sdc if that's the case. Maybe the staffing issue was just lack of preparedness for the pretty weather, but I'm not sure we would come back to...

The North Pole Adventure includes the Trail of Lights ,++ more. With the North Pole Adventure you get to Stroll along lighted paths without a1,000+ people jostling you along. Really enjoyed the Treetop Skywalk Rope Bridge. Various buildings to explore, shops to browse, a restaurant + much more. Alot of activities for all ages. Dress warmly and you'll be fine. Firepits scattered around the park to warm up, sit a spell, enjoy conversation and the views. The North Pole Adventure pass $20/person allows you to also enjoy the Trail of Lights, via seated hayride trailers that will take you thru. We really enjoyed the hay ride- made the lights/displays seem closer & more animated & Added to festive/cheerful mood. But ..if you want/need warmth, the drive thru (via your own vehicle) the Trail of Lights is great. But if you really want see lights the old fashion way AND experience the park's other awesome Christmas sights and activities geared for ALL ages groups, I highly recommend doing the North Pole Adventure. Either way, you can't go wrong, regardless of age! ...

We really enjoyed the indoor game room this year. It gave us a place to go in and warm up some before going to enjoy more adventures at the North Pole. The only thing I would change is the picnic tables near where hot cocoa was served. Not trying to complain. We went with our adult children and grandson and stopped for some cocoa to warm up. Not thinking us girls and grandson sat on one side of the table. The table was not bolted down and my grandson ended up wearing his hot coca. He was alright though and we had a great time. Thank you for all that you do each year to make the Christmas season a bit more magical. We also enjoyed the big story pages to read. We will be...

It was nice there was a few activities for every age. However our group of 15 was too cold by 6pm. Also was confusing map didnt find several things including where to get in the wagon ride for lights. Music was really good and fun. Several good photo props. We love the rooe bridges and ropes zipline, roller coaster, fairlike games, maze slides mini golf, the light up cabins. We did all have to seperate to cover everything for different ages.

We have a wonderful time at Shepherd of the Hills each year! Their seasonal events are the perfect way to spend time together as a family. Our kids enjoy each of the activities here. It has become one of our favorite places to be together in Branson.

How fun!! We normally go to SDC during Christmas but we wanted to try this place instead for our 3 year old. It was perfect! WAY less crowded, much cheaper, lots of yummy drinks, snacks, and desserts options, and tons for my toddler to do and see!
