We went to the restaurant that took 2 hours to get us our food and the meat was rancid.

Apparently I was not detailed enough and I must be very incompetent to not recognize the difference between "fresh bbq sauce" and "smoky flavor" from the rotten milk like smell coming from your "fresh meat".
At 5:40 pm we arrived at your establishment.
At 5:45 pm we were seated at a table.
At 5:55 pm we placed our food and drink order which comprised of 2 waters, An appetizer of your loaded fries, a main course which included a Buck Thompson Burger with Fries, and a Mushroom Swiss burger with Crusted Mac and Cheese.
At 6:30 pm we received our appetizer which had pulled pork "smoked meat" and "fresh bbq sauce" that for some reason did not smell like rotten milk since I cannot tell the difference according to the owner.
At 6:55 pm I asked to pay my check and for the meal to go.
At 6:58 pm my card was charged for the total amount of the meal minus a tip because I personally handed your waiter a cash tip for being courteous and attentive through this entire process.
At 7:20 pm we received our food to go. We did not ask to be reimbursed for our meal. The waiter wanted to explain to the manager what had happened, apparently the kitchen was very unorganized which lead to a delay. The manager decided to refund our meal without us having said a word which I found to be very courteous and unexpected.
At 7:30 pm we made it back to our vehicle and wanted to get a quick bite before we got on the road. I managed to get 2 bites before I could not handle the smell or the taste of the rotten meat. My wife also noted a bad taste and smell coming from the meat of of her burger.
At 7:35 pm I asked to talk to the manager again to bring to attention the rotten meat. It was at this point I spoke with you the owner. I explained the situation and asked you to smell the meat, to which you replied it was the "smoky meat" and the "fresh bbq sauce". If this is the case then I would seriously reevaluate your bbq recipe. Oh by the way when did you start putting bbq sauce and smoked meat on you Mushroom Swiss burger to get the same rotten smell as you Buck...
Read moreDon’t waste your money or time here! Breakfast was self serve and most of the time was empty and not refilled often even as more ppl came in to eat. Our waitress brought us our tickets that didn’t even belong to us, they was from a dinner meal from the night before! She didn’t even look at the receipt before she gave it to us. We had 6 ppl at our table 2 adults and 2 children on one ticket and two adults on another ticket. The machines went down so was told we couldn’t get a ticket for our bill, went to pay anyway. Cards couldn’t be accepted due to machine being down so everyone in the restaurant had to pay with cash. The two ppl in our party of 6 on a ticket didn’t have cash and atm was down as well so I offered to pay for there’s just to get us out of there due to everyone was upset about the situation and the front of the house lady had every tables ticket wrong and over charging everyone. Because I was forced to pay with cash which I did not want to do and pay for the other couples breakfast that was with us( or be forced to sit there for several hours) they then added the bills together and charged us a 20% gratuity without even telling us! Breakfast was $12.95 per adult and $7.95 per child and my bill was $112!!! When asked why so high they informed me bc it was a party of 6 they charge the 20% tip no choice given for a waitress who brought us a drinks and we never seen again until we was trying to leave and self serve breakfast buffet! After multiple ppl left without paying at all and everyone in the restaurant yelling and screaming mad I paid and left. We got robbed by these ppl and I will never spend money in the mill restaurant ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers they way they did. Read moreI went a 2nd time this year and I called ahead of time to make reservations at 5 and when we got there our table wasn't ready, the lady was rude no one wanted to seat us. And I'm not sure if it was just because we were the only Hispanics there but the lady was for sure racist. We went for the prime rib dinner on Christmas Day and the lady did not explain to us that we'd be serving ourselves or that it was a buffet however several white families came in and they explained everything to them and was very attentive to them we will NEVER come back here again. Not only that we were definitely overcharged immensely for the sad awful food. The "prime rib steak" was not steak at all but instead just beef that was broiled the turkey was super dry the mash potatoes were bland the cookies were undercooked the ham was overly salty, the coke was watery, the bread was so hard I couldn't even eat it my little sister barely touched her food we enjoyed the cheese, crackers and pepperoni more than the food they had which i could have bought myself at walmart. And the audacity of them to add a 60 dollar gratuity tip for just bringing our drinks and a pitcher to fill our drinks ourselves we were not about to give them 60 dollars for doing NOTHING.
