I highly recommend Arnold’s Furniture!! Just amazing all around. Our company in Germantown, MD had a very big project: upgrade all of the cubicles in our office for the production floor. I searched for office furniture companies and got some good quotes from several places, but what sold us on Arnold’s Furniture was the fact that the owner Jay and builder Tommy traveled hours from their showroom in Pennsylvania to MD just to show us in person how great their cubicles are and talk to us in person and answer any questions we had. They even came back a second time a few days later to set up the Sunline cubicles in the way we were looking to have it designed just to see how it would look with the spacing of 6 cubes together. Keep in mind that we hadn’t hired them yet and they already went above and beyond. We were sold! :)
Jay sent the proposal, he gave us a great price, he even included the removal of the old cubicles, worked with our schedule by having the builders come on Saturdays so that our employees and work production weren’t affected throughout the week, and it was set. Jay kept in contact throughout the entire process which we really appreciated.
Now for the project preparation and execution: First I worked with Connor, in the CAD department who helped me create my design on paper. I had a very basic drawing of what we wanted as the layout. Connor made the blueprint of it with measurements and then adjusted it until it was perfect for the owners of my company. Many thanks to Connor for his great work!! :)
Next came project planning: Joe, the head project planner, was assigned to our project and I couldn’t be happier. Originally we had three consecutive Saturdays that the guys were going to come down and build, but we were able to coordinate and get the project done in two Saturdays with a little maneuvering and having the guys come on Friday afternoon. He was great with all of the planning. He came down, visited the office so that he could see the dimensions and visualize the project and answer questions that we had. He also worked with our IT team regarding the network and electric cabling. Finally, he made sure that once the project was done, that all of the pieces were perfect and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thanks Joe!!
I also have to give a big thanks to the builders who worked tirelessly to get the project finished. Tommy who is the head builder and his son Joey, and Roy and his son worked hard to build our 50+ cubicle layout. They were great! Tommy and Joey even came back down to put the finishing touches on the project.
The production floor in our office looks so good and the whole project went so smoothly that the owner of our company decided to hire Arnold’s again to do our IT department!!

There are several reasons that my experience at Arnolds was excellent and any of them alone would have been reason to purchase my furniture from them. Beginning with service, I was assigned a salesperson, Barbara Jones, and she promptly contacted me and has been with me every step of the way to answer my questions, deal with any complications, and go the extra step to make sure I was happy. When I became concerned about spending so much money on out-of-state furniture without being able to see it first, I received a personal call from the owner to tell me the history of Arnolds and made sure I was comfortable with my decision, followed up by a personal email. All of the furniture has far exceeded my expectations and there is no way I could even purchase this quality of furniture in Albuquerque, either new or used, and certainly not at these prices. Everyone is stunned at my new conference room furniture and I am certain I am the only attorney with a solid mahogany and black granite conference table. The surprise gift was discovering that the large hutch that I purchased with the expectation that it was part of the table and credenza set was that it is an antique built of solid mahogany and I estimate that the antique hutch alone was worth what I paid for my entire office of furniture from Arnolds. I told Ms. Jones of my discovery and she congratulated me and still discounted my invoice for a couple of chairs that did not match the others rather than passing the buck and saying "well the hutch was worth a lot more than what we sold it for so we are not discounting or taking the non-matching chairs off of the invoice." Read moreI was tasked with outfitting an office for 25 people on very short notice. I googled cubicles and came across Arnold's Office Furniture. I was able to speak with someone right away, they took the project details and said I would be contacted. I was contacted very quickly by Jordan. He helped me organize all the space data needed to start looking at floor-plans. I had a working floor plan that afternoon. We had a few more discussions the next day and Jordan had a formal proposal for me to submit to ownership. Arnold's was one of three quotes I obtained, they had pricing within my budget and worked very hard to ensure all my questions were answered. Timing of delivery and install with key for this project, I was assured by Jordan that they could install within two weeks. (even with Thanksgiving a couple days away) I selected Arnold's because of Jordan's responsiveness and assistance, coupled with pricing. The approval was given at 4pm the night before Thanksgiving, Jordan ensured that the project was in the cue that night. I returned from the holiday weekend to a call stating that they were able install sooner than expected and would be here on 12/4. Delivery and install team were very diligent and wonderful to work with. Delivery, install, clean-up and review were done to perfection.
