Bridgeport Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

My girlfriend and I ordered some wings and an antipasto salad from here a few nights ago. Delivery was super quick, but as I took our food out of the bag the salad dressing and juices had leaked everywhere. To my surprise we got a salad with just the toppings. Just roasted pepper, artichoke hearts, onions, and olives. My girlfriend called them to ask where the lettuce was and they kept insisting that this salad (A SALAD) does not come with lettuce, refused to correct their mistake, and actually hung up on her. After I called back they tried to tell me the same thing - that there are 2 types of antipasto salad and one doesn't come with lettuce. After 5 minutes of back and forth they sent the driver back with the lettuce.

1 star to the owners, don't sell a salad if you're going to hold the lettuce. Maybe next time I get wings you'll hold the chicken.

I'm leaving 2 stars because the driver was extremely prompt and nice. Will not be returning my business...

I recently ordered a Cheese Steak Sub and 16" Tomato Pie on August 21st, 2020. The cheese steak wasn't bad but oh my god do these people not know how make a pizza. First of all, the pizza was put together incorrectly from the order given. The sauce was supposed to be on top of the cheese with sprinkled parmesan on top of the sauce. I received the pizza, which had an unusually thick crust (a full inch thick of just bread...) The sauce tasted okay, but the cheese didn't look appetizing at all. Looking like a pure white soup on top of tomato sauce, it wasn't properly cooked and slightly golden with dark spots like a pizza should be when cheese is baked. The whole pie reminded me of what you might find on the menu of an underfunded public school. Not to mention this disgrace of a pizza cost $22.25. Do NOT go here, I implore you. I have seriously gotten WAY better Italian cuisine from a Pizza Hut. A PIZZA HUT. Eat here at the risk of your own...

I ordered a soup and salad this evening, I received my order over an hour after I placed it. I had not eaten all day I opened the salad and it smelled weird almost like something was bad. I thought it was just me but when I went to taste, it tasted as if something was bad. I could not get over the smell or taste and decided to call just to let them know. Well they immediately got defensive and said I am mistaken!! They did call back and sent a driver within 15 minutes to refund my money. Well they called me back after the driver picked up the food and said they're no longer going to deliver to me as the manager checked the food and said it was fine!! Seriously so now I am a liar!! I confirmed with another person in my office of the same smell!! If they are that sensative they don't deserve my money ever!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...
