Dollar General — Attraction in Bridgeport

I got to the Bridgeport, TX store at 9:55 PM to get one item. They close at 10, and one of the employees yelled at me that the store was already closed, even though the front door was wide open. The other employee then yelled at me “you have 2 minutes, in and out”. So I quickly got what I needed and was at the register at 9:57. By then, the first employee was at the register paying for something, so I had to wait for her to finish before I could pay out. Even so, I got to the register at 9:58. I asked the clerk if they close at 10, and she said “Well, we close a little early, so we have time to let the computers shut down”. I said, “So even if your sign says you close at 10, you actually don’t?” She glared at me but didn’t reply. I’ll bet this store gets lots of complaints with such rude employees. In fact, I’ll bet this employee doesn’t last long unless she changes...

If this is the one across from Yesterday’s Restaurant then these photos are fake because this store looks nothing like the pictures. It’s cluttered and out of stock on most sales items. Never anyone at the register. Have to use self checkout which I don’t mind. But there is one girl in there that is very rude and always has an attitude when I ask a question. She has black hair and tattoos. I only go here if they have sodas on sale. Or if I need something...

Still see people not wearing masks in Bridgeport walking into business 🙄 and the clerk in the dollar general I asked to raise his mask 😷 over his nose before I would walk up to the register it would have been better if he just wear his mask right more for his protection he had his mouth covered.
