Fascinating little museum located on Main St. In Bridgton. It features the life and works of Rufus Porter, a multi-talented and underappreciated man of his time. He was the founder of the American Scientific magazine, a portrait & wall mural painter and prolific inventor (Colt handgun, floating dock, blimp and many more).
