Brigantine Marina & Paddle Club — Attraction in Brigantine

This place is definitely not worth the $2000 membership fee . It is basically an oversized kids pool with a bar that serves food. The bar is very small and they only have 3 tables to sit and eat. The place is constantly understaffed. Many times I have noticed only the bartender , a towel boy/girl and a manager. Not only is the bartender serving drinks, but they are usually running around serving food also, therefore the wait for a drink at a bar is usually a long one, even at the most off peak times of the day. Also guest policy rules changed quite a few times during the season. When the season started a member was allowed to bring up to 2 guests before 4:00 pm. As the season went on, they changed the rule to NO GUESTS before 4:00. The pool is usually crowded with very young kids running around, splashing and making noise while their parents are drinking at the bar, not paying attention to their kids. No Lifeguard!! I was very excited about this place. I bought my membership well before construction was completed. Little did I know it would be such a disappointment. Do you want a home for your boat ..??? A real home…!!! Brigantine marina(formerly Bayside) is the place to be….brand new docks, accommodations are the best .... Donna, who has been the best in Brigantine boating for years ...will help with anything...or will find the right person to help….!!!!…just ask around...!!! The staff(Donna and more to come) look out for your every need and create such a family atmosphere….it’s close to the inlet and easy place to be at….other boaters are so kind.... I’m am new to boating and relatively new to Brigantine and so glad to be at this spot and with such caring people...

I have been fishing down in Brigantine for many years which allowed me to experience several different marinas, including one previously ran by Donna at North Point. From the one of a kind experience I received there, I had no other choice than to join her at the Brigantine Marina & Paddle Club. To no surprise, I received the same first class treatment at this new marina. She has proved time after time her commitment to her customers and how much knowledge she holds. I look forward to seeing Donnas work ethic continually flourish and I would recommend it...
