Goochie Brothers Pizzeria Italian & Mexican cuisine — Restaurant in Brigantine

We order out daily as the wife or I barley cook. A couple months ago we came across Goochie Brothers. The 1st time we ordered the food was great. I was so happy to have found a new place. Fast forward 2 months and Now I am done eating here. They can’t even send out what is ordered. 3 days ago I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a pizza with onions was sent. Today I ordered a couple cheese steaks and you couldn’t of messed the order up more if you were doing it on purpose. When my wife called to let them know my wife Said to me check the pizza. And the girl on the phone said oh the pizza is right like she knew the cheese steaks were wrong and sent them anyway. Primos may be a bit more expensive but at least they send what you order. Then to get a call back and request the return of the wrong food making it seem like your trying to get free food. I don’t want free food I want what I order. Not to mention the people you speak with are so rude and expect me to just accept what is sent and I’m bothering them. Or offer a credit . No I ordered food because I’m hungry not because I want a credit at your store. This is the last time I will order from your store. We used to order at least 3 times a week. I was charged $22.50 for a specialty pizza. I was happy to pay it. When I got the pizza home, I realized that they had made the wrong pizza. And the pizza they gave me is not one that I would ever choose to eat. I called the restaurant to tell them of the error. The person who answered the phone put me on hold for several minutes. When she returned, she said that she had spoken to her manager. She agreed that they had misread the order and made the wrong pizza. She said the manager offered to give me a $6 credit on my next pizza. I reminded her that I paid $22 for my incorrect pizza and asked her to tell her manager "thanks but no thanks." There are so many things they mishandled. They acknowledged their error and never apologized They didn't offer me a refund or even to make the actual pizza that i ordered and paid for.

Please join me in not supporting this restaurant. There are so many other good and professional options available. We should not be subject to such horrible service or responses. Let's support the restaurants that appreciate our needs and our business. This one will never...

I am so done with Goochie Brothers. We have a summer home in Brigantine and go there for a quick dinner from time to time. Last year the service was slow and it took a long time to get our food. Tonight, we walk in with a party of four. There were only two other tables seated in the restaurant. After she proceeds to seat us, the same woman comes over and says if you want pizza the wait is over two hours. And if we wanted anything else it will be at least an hour and 1/2. She claims “we’re backed up”. It’s a shame. This place is reasonable and has good food but the staff does not understand how to manage a restaurant business. Seems to make sense that if you’re going to have a eat in dining room you should at least be able to prioritize those orders. And last year this same woman server had a big argument in front of the whole restaurant with a customer over the bathroom, when a male worked walked in on his young daughter.

So, if you plan to dine in at Goochie Brothers, be prepared for poor and slow service. This had become a repetitive problem. Time to take my...
