Wawa — Restaurant in Brigantine

This is usually a good Wawa but the older blonde women working the registers this morning at 4 was incredibly rude to me. She was upset that I used the register while she was preparing food which is fair enough but I didn't know she was alone. If she simply asked me to use self checkout as she was busy I would have happily done so. Got upset with me for not having my cash ready when I had it in my hand giving it to her and she turned away while chastising me for it because "I can't make this guys sandwich and wait on you" I was very confused as I literally tried to hand her the money and confusedly said "oh" while she stared at me. Won't be coming back here during these hours anymore. Also charged me for a bag I did not receive.

I wish I didn’t have to give a single star. I just had the worst experience here. Most of my order was messed up from my food not being cooked properly, some items not getting toasted, to them not even giving me all my items. I then called the manager Zack (I don’t know or care how he spells it) and he did not take any of my concerns seriously. He offered for the food to be remade if I came back but said he couldn’t do anything about missing items and then just hung up on me after making me feel like it was my fault. On top of all of that, their food preparation is not sanitary in the slightest considering COVID-19. I recently visited the Wawa in Brigantine NJ and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making my visit extremely unpleasant. They seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service,.

Unlike most Wawa locations, this one did not have a public restroom. This was a huge inconvenience, and made my visit even more unpleasant. I was shocked that a convenience store chain as large as Wawa would neglect to provide such a basic amenity for their customers.

I would not recommend visiting the Wawa in Brigantine NJ. The rude staff and lack of public restroom make for an unpleasant experience, and there are plenty of other convenience stores in the area that offer better customer service...
