Dream Kitchens — Attraction in Brighton Charter Township

UPDATE 2025: Here to say - three years out - that our kitchen is still the showpiece of our home and Dream Kitchens is still providing outstanding customer service!! Every guest who enters our home is blown away with the kitchen design itself; they've never seen anything like it (at least not outside of Instagram). The quality of our cabinets is everything we hoped for - and any minor issues we have had, DK has gone above-and-beyond to handle to our satisfaction. We have every intention of working with Dream Kitchens again on our next project. Highly recommend.

FALL 2022: Jason at DK is the best you can get in Michigan. He works hard - putting in many hours on every project - to design, refine and deliver the perfect kitchen. AND in a way that makes sense with your existing space and utilizes your budget effectively. Example: We finalized our cabinet design and were ready to place the order, but Jason called us back and said, "Y'know after crunching the numbers, we are only a couple thousand away from custom Amish cabinets that will be a bit higher quality and an attention to detail that we wont get from a larger manufacturer. I think you will be happier with the results and I think they'll be better to work with if we have any issues at all. How about we split the difference (increased cost) because I think it will be worth it." That is the kind of designer/advisor you want on your project! We are very thankful to have found DK, and thankful as well for the contractor that Jason brought to the table who did an absolutely amazing job demo-ing and rebuilding the first floor of our 25-yr-old home. We spent 2+ years remodeling our home and the most overwhelming projects were definitely the kitchen and basement bar. All said and done, I can’t imagine ever going through the process without Jason. He is absolutely amazing at design, implementation and working with all types of people. My husband and I are both very opinionated and Jason managed to design in all of our requests (e.g. bourbon barrels) and incorporate our traditional style. Jason quickly saw things that quite honestly never crossed my mind (e.g. removing a closet and adding a wall to the bar, squaring off a wall in the kitchen and reconfiguring lighting). It was daunting at first as for a while I felt like the scope kept growing, but it all was doable and turned out amazing. Jason had so many ideas, listened to ALL of our feedback and was so efficient through the entire process. We also did three bathrooms at the same time, but they were pretty cut and dry as we didn’t want major redesigns. I should also note that we had several price points throughout the five areas and 3.5 years later, I still believe they’re all (cabinets, counters, hardware)...

Tiffany McGraw was a designer and saying she was incredible is an understatement. We redid our entire kitchen and laundry room. She immediately understood our taste and had ideas that keyed into our taste immediately. We really had very little idea of what we wanted. With her ideas , suggestions and designs she was able to truly create our “ dream kitchen “ and laundry room. I love all the ideas she had for the mist storage and extra uses for cabinets and drawers that we never would have thought of. We had some issues with the cabinets that were the manufacturers fault and she was right on top of it until it was resolved. She also has the patience of a saint to deal with me. She kept reassuring me everything would be perfect and she didn’t stop until it was. We love everything about our kitchen and laundry room and we love everything about Tiffany.
