Update 2/5/2025: The deepdeep dish has disappeared from the app again for the Brighton store so you cannot place an order. When I asked the young man at the counter, he told me they just haven't added it back it but I'm welcome to call and place the order if I'd like. It's been around 6-7 weeks since I first checked and still nothing. The purpose of the app is to eliminate unnecessary calls that waste my time.
Original review: Store Manager informed me I can no longer order deepdeep dish via the app because of a shortage in crust. But if I call and listen to the message about how I should be ordering with the app and wait on hold until I finally get a human, I can place an order for exactly what I want including a deepdeep dish. What kind of service is that? Also, I liked using the app because it would alert you to when the order was ready and use the pizza portal for a quick pickup. Now it tells you that you have to inside to the counter for your order because the portal has been busted for weeks.
I've also emailed corporate twice through the customer service form to inform them of these issues and they've never bothered to reach back out to me.
Little Caesar's has never had the best pizza but I like the convenience and price. Now the convenience is gone and they just upped their prices....
Read moreI have been to this location before with no issues, but the day I'm posting this, it was pretty terrible. I walked in to place my order and was told it should be twenty minutes at most. While I waited, more people walked in to place or grab their order, and they had to wait a long time to even talk to the guy up front who was trying to help the people in the back. I watched them screw up at least one order, so the customer walked out. I witnessed one person wait so long, just the place an order she walked out. After a roughly 45-minute wait, I finally get my order, and when I get it home, we open the boxes and see a pizza that looks old and unappealing as well as feeling hard like cardboard The Italian cheese bread had very little flavor due to the lack of seasoning as well as it barely being cooked. Like I said before, my experience here has usually been good, but this was awful. Read moreThis location stiffed the local youth football program on making 17 pizzas for a party. Claimed they did not have order and that they closed earlier than the time I requested the pizzas. I could not call them...I was forced to use a foreign call center; to order local pizzas. Instead of letting me know about the conflict of the order (placed 7 hours in advance of time pizzas were needed during business hours) they simply didn't do it. Thank GOD for Guss's. Shockingly, (not really) when I went in for a refund the next day they did in fact have the order and refunded it on the spot. No apology, no how can we make it right. Nothing. Which is why I opted to post this review. Customer service is dead. Will never use again and I'd encourage anyone using them to drive up and make sure they process your order. Good luck......
