Their Customer service was amazing! When I had first called, it did not take long for someone to pick up. They listened and answered my questions well while being open to new ones. When I actually went to the location, they were kind and welcoming. They did not mind much when I called to ask some things I had forgotten to ask/say.

The people had called me with updates, and they would ask if they could make tweaks with the best interest of the pc’s performance and you.

Overall, they were nice and attentive, and I would go back for repairs.

The turn around time was fast. I had brought my pc in later in the day, but within a couple days they had finished!

Dan, Adam and the entire staff did a great job fixing my computer. They expedited the repair in one day and saved many older business files. I purchased a 6 TB external drive and at a very reasonable price for them put the data on that.

Taking it to them saved me 3-4 days in wasted time at BB where I purchased the laptop. I could have done all of this for free with the remaining warranty at BB or sending it back to HP but I could not be without my computer for 4-5 days at BB or 7-10 days by sending it to HP.

I had three issues: Old laptop needed to be cleared of data and ready for second use. Came back ready to redeploy updated clean drives, operating system updated and installed as well as security software installed and up to date. Quick turn around.
