Brighton Center for the Performing Arts — Attraction in Brighton

I think I probably wound up here for the same reason that mostly everyone else has wound up here...my kid had a thing, and I came and watched the thing.

That being said there have been quite a few upgrades to this sort of setup since I was in High School, and the whole thing they have going on here is quite nice. It's comfortable and not a bad time in the slightest if you to sit here for something for an hour or two.

My one singular complaint is that there are no baby changing areas in the bathrooms. I understand that it's a high school and all but the general public also uses this particular part of the high school so I would think they would have amenities that the general public would often find themselves needing. It was very disappointing when I had to take my toddler to the bathroom and there was no reliable way for me to change her diaper properly.

Other than that, I wouldn't have a problem coming back here for anything my kids might...

I attended a comedy show here this past sat night and had front row seats. They need to get there sound system fixed! The tickets were $50.00 a piece , really a shame as I could not understand or hear what the Hell these guys were saying. I asked my two friends afterwards what they thought. Both said the two guys mumbled and they too had a hard time getting the jokes as the sound did not come across clearly. My goodness we were right underneath them practically. I Would not attend a another performance here unless I knew the microphones worked. Who is in charge of this venue anyway???????? Someone is...

I had never been here before and didn't realize it was part of the high school- you would never guess that once inside! Excellent site! I took my mother and sister to see John Tesh. The venue is wonderful, the seating for everyone at every level has a good view. My mother is in her 80s and has a hard time getting around and hearing but this is the first venue in a very long time where she could easily get to her seat and she said it was wonderful and she had no problems hearing and enjoyed every moment.
