Was an okay experience to sell. What I appreciate is that everything is done in front of you-the weighing, testing and pricing. What I could have done without was the annoyed sigh I got from whom I’m guessing is Andre when I said I wanted a quote first before I made my decision to sell. He threw his arms up and stated they paid the most so that wasn’t an issue. I didn’t say it was. I’m capable of researching and I did before my visit. I asked for a quote so I could make a decision for myself about it being worth it TO Me to sell. It had nothing to do with another jeweler or price shopping. Let me remind you-I am the customer and I am going to require certain information before I make final decision. Kindly take a moment to understand people first before you just start speaking. What a wonderful place to do business! I drove 25 miles from my home to get to Andres to sell a few gold items that I no longer needed. After passing by literally dozens of other places that advertised they were "gold buyers". . .I did so because Andres is he only jeweler/gold buyer that actually posts their gold prices online and updates them DAILY. The staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable and always greets you with a smile. This is the third time I have visited them, and they are the only place that I will ever go to sell my gold ever again!!. They are, however, much more than a gold buyer. . .they are custom design jewelers of the highest quality and the most beautiful designs. I wanted to sell my yellow gold jewelry and have new rings designed using diamonds from those items. I checked several local jewelers but was not impressed with their prices, plus none had design services. I found Andre's online and learned they were paying almost 50% more than any local jewelers, definitely making it worth the hour drive.
