Worst Service Out of Every single CVS I have stepped foot into!!!!!! Not only was this woman working here condescending, she also was delusional. when trying to offer the cashier an alternative option for checking out I was cut off. " are you going to pay my bills when I get fired?" so loud that everyone turned to look. Not only was she not wearing her name tag. Thats not where I WAS going with speaking to her. If she would let people speak and finish she would know there was no one trying to argue with her. I was asking if this was AN OPTION.
She snatched cards out of a friends hand being loud banging on the screen. Huffing and making nosies. As if I was bothering her when trying to check out.
not only did I go silent until the transaction was done she decided to get in her last word proclaiming " SORRY I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO YOU. my silence mad her angry i guess?
I was standing there SILENT letting her put in some code that was needed. I said "I didnt even say anything....." the power trip she had was insane not even the POLICE behave this badly.
honestly, only people who use drugs have this sort of paranoia. where you would think people are out to get you and have confrontations.
I know for a fact this was not the first time she has done this.
pretty much every cashier at this CVS is rude. her narc tantrum seemed like it was rehearsed. Telling that no name...
Read moreThis pharmacy is the WORST! They say your medication will be ready at a certain time (today 430). I went at 5:10 to pick it up and they said “it’s not ready.” The girl at the counter was really sweet and told me she’ll have them push it quickly for me, knowing I was going out of town and it should have been done almost an hour before. The pharmacist comes over and tells me an hour. I’ve worked in the pharmacy before, I know how it works and how long it should REALLY take. After giving me an extreme attitude she eventually (after a manager was called) said she will get it ready. She then proceeds to stand at the counter scratching her head and patting like there was something crawling in her hair. No what you want to see from a pharmacist. My medication was ready but I only knew because my husband texted me saying he was notified. I was sitting there waiting!! No one called me over to say it’s ready. This is the 4th or 5th time this is happened. Someone needs to figure out this place. 2 pharmacists, 4 techs and everyone standing around looking lost. (They have also gone through so much staff; probably due to attitude problems that everyone has)....
Read moreThe pharmacy at the Bristol, ri location is completely disfunctional. My son told me about the run around they gave him trying to pick up his sons medication last month. They told him 3 different times it would be available, each time he arrived it wasn't ready, then they only had a partial, etc. He lost his cool, and made a scene...never a good idea. I went this morning to pick up my grandsons medication and was told it wasn't in stock, and to come back at 5. I arrived at 5 and nothing ready. Then the pharmacist told me it wasn't in stock, they didn't know when it would, and that he doesn't know if they could ever get it. This is a medication my granson must take each morning! He suggested i try another pharmacy, he was clearly done. The doctors office is closed, so another script would have to be called in tomorrow. I ask you WHY a call wasn't made to my son telling him this earlier today! Irresponsible. Neglectful. I told my son to never step foot in there again. I'll be writing a complaint to corporate, however i have low...
