Subway — Restaurant in Bristol

I wish the one in Warren didn't close down, this one is horrible and needs a management overhaul. Staff always seems to be brand new, and often times not staffed to handle higher traffic times (like Dinner), and runs out of basic items (like bread, meatballs) frequently. The people seem to try, but they can't help it if their management is setting them up for failure (improper staffing and training).

The mobile app does not work at all here (let's you order online, then immediately cancels your order after it already charges your credit card). Regardless of the signage in store indicating you can order online, pick up, and pay with the app. The employees seem.

I've been waiting for this location to get better over the past few years, and unfortunately it hasn't. Not to mention, it doesn't even have a bathroom...

So I thought I would order from this curtain subway again, thinking, maybe they had a rough night the first time I ordered. Boy was I wrong, I spent $30 and 1 6"sub was the only thing correct !! The pretzels, along with the churro , were burnt and rock hard. My other sandwhich I asked for toppings on the side and not toasted. They completely disregarded my request. And THEN, when I reached out to corporate that night...it took a week for them to respond and all they said was I'm sorry and thank you for my feedback. I'm sorry but if I was a franchise owner, I would do everything in my power to make the customer happy. I NEVER EVER leave reviews but this happened twice and I just hope it reaches the right person and...

Flawless restaurant. The food was so delicious 😋 I couldn't stop thinking about it for days to months afterwards (I think I'm addicted??). Staff was sooo down-to-earth, I felt I was conversing with actual people. The guy I was talking to is now one of my closest friends (we are going water-skiing this summer)! In my opinion, all staff deserve massive tips for the remarkable work they do. Sandwich was perfectly assembled from the finest ingredients on the market. The worker was like a MACHINE, placing each slice of meat and vegetable with absolute precision... I was blown away. I WILL be returning to this fine establishment.
