Seems like ownership or management has changed hands. We went in last week and there was lots of staff behind the counter! But they were all young kids. Only familar face was the hostess, Jackie who remembers us and was sure to treat us well! Our waiter was a young man with lots of spunk. At least he was trying to lighten our experience. Weve had him as a waiter before and always happy and attentive. Also gets the order right the first time.

Like other places, the prices have gone up, but $10 for onion rings is ridiculous..for God's sake, its a breaded fried onion! Its not $10 worthy. Like the clams with linquini with white sauce, turkey club, tuna melt..and good seafood. Try their baked stuffed haddock, with or without newberg sauce. Takes a while to cook..so dont be in a hurry! EDIT You gotta use Toast for online delivery if you live in Bristol/Warren, it is their driver who works for the store not toast or doordash. Prices for Doordash are crazy. Yeah no fee or whatever but each menu item is like +5$ from calling the store or using Toast. If toast says you're out of range try calling that doesn't seem accurate and I have had them deliver when it has said that.

Gets an extra star from 3 because they deliver ribs. Prices are a bit expensive but are around average and expected for the area. Menu is huge and there is something for everyone. Specials can be hit or miss and sometimes you can tell a different cook had cooked your food. A lot of the sauces are made on premise and/or to order , like the alfredo, vodka sauce, marinara, tartar, etc and the wings are made fresh which is a huge plus but there are a lot of premade/frozen items there and that is to be expected from a place/menu of this size. Overall worth going to just for the wings and ribs but the pizza isn't terrible and you should leave satisfied granted you're not expecting some...

We have ordered from here on several occassions and my husband always gets the steak. Unfortunetly, the steak has never been cooked correctly. He orderes It well done and its been given to us bleeding at one point otherwise still red in the middle. Either the cook doesnt know how to check a steak or cooks them on too high of a temp. We've given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again several times but clearly they arent good at steak. The last time we ordered, my husband called the order in and went to pick it up because like someone else mentioned on here, it takes a good 2 hours to get the food. He was told to wait outside and then after being out there for a good 30 minutes and calling them back, they told him they didnt feel like bringing it out and he could come in and get it. Clearly the customer service needs some work along with the cooking staff. Dont waste your time and money.
