Cleveland Clinic Broadview Heights Medical Center — Attraction in Broadview Heights

I went to see Dr. Yuen to establish a care relationship before I started to try to get pregnant so I would have a Dr. ready once I was pregnant. I told her this and we had a great appointment until the end. She told me that if I got pregnant before losing weight I would have a high chance of having a still born. Not a miscarriage, a STILLBORN. She told me I would have to deliver a dead baby because I was fat. I have a spinal condition that has made me disabled and disfigured. I am overweight but the doctors that know me and my body are not worried about it and have told me it is because of my disfigurement and inability to move around without pain and that I could have a baby with no harm to it. Then I go to this OBGYN and she tells me I will have a dead baby because I am so fat. I know people MUCH larger than I am who have many healthy children and have never never had any issues during pregnancy. None of my other Doctors or OBGYNs that I have been to since have even mentioned still birth. I am still very shaken and upset. I can't believe someone said that to me. How dare her. Phones for years go unanswered. Unable to use restroom for wheelchair access needed for urine sample. No walker on-site to assist transporting. Shameful!!! Epic failure! Correction, after being told it was my responsibility to bring assistive device to aid my Mother into the facility. Also I should have apparently brought our own portable handicap accessible bathroom; perhaps they thought I was a magician. Correction number two, someone finally transported us from urgent care to another part of the building which did have a handicap bathroom. Don't be sick or amputee and listen to your doctor or her staff about how easy it is to transport a 74 year old amputee who is recovering from a full knee replacement. Terrible medical advice,...

Went in today and had bad service. 12/18/2021. Front desk took 45 mins to check me in. Also asked her if the lab was open when I arrived and she said yes. When I finally got to the front of the line after 45 mins I was told the lab is closed on the weekends. Not typical service at the CCF. Always had a great experience but this location and staff was disorganized. Hope they will make positive changes and get someone more experienced...
