Ordered refrigerator that was to be delivered July 20 (Tuesday). I called July 19 to see if they had a delivery window time. No, “delivery will be sometime between 9am-5pm”. As I was getting off the phone the receptionist stated “you’re white fridge will be there tomorrow”. I told her I ordered black. She told me black was out of stock. I asked her when they would be back in stock n if she could call me. She stated, “we have more coming in Friday, but you have to call up here Friday n ask for the delivery scheduler”. I couldn’t believe how rude n unprofessional she was. So I called there Friday. The soonest they could deliver was today, August 3rd. The scheduler told me “they will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery, so make sure your old fridge is empty so they can take it.” 2pm today I called, as I hadn’t heard from the delivery people. I was told “your fridge is on the truck n will be there this afternoon before 5”. At 4:50pm I called back as I hadn’t heard anything from the delivery and delivery time was until 5pm. The receptionist put me on hold. When she came back she stated “ the driver isn’t answering his phone but your fridge is on the truck for delivery”. 5:25pm, still no calls. I called again and a man answered. He stated “there’s a truck out still but there’s no delivery log. If they don’t call you, call back in the morning.” Needless to say, it’s 10pm n I never received a call and never had my fridge delivered. This is ridiculous. At least my old fridge still works, can’t imagine dealing with this bs if my fridge wasn’t working....

Terrible customer service. Were supposed to deliver my refrigerator and neber showed up or call. Set up another date and the guys wouldnt connect the water hose that goes in the refrigerator and left my friend installing it. Never out the refrigerator where it was supposed to go. So I called them and they said I had to wait till they were in the area. Set up a date and again never showed up or call. I call the office left a message for the person on charge and I never received a call back. I call agaon and the receptionist gives me an attitude. I tell her my refrigerator is blocking my stove and she said I have to wait 4 days till the person in charge calls me back to set up another date. Major attitude! No customer...

I do not understand; went in last week on Monday it is Wednesday a week later called again, still no price quote for an appliance package, where do you wait for over a week for a price quote? Had to go elsewhere wanted to use a company from my hometown, oh well, I have businesses as well and I jump for customers especially local Broadview Heights homeowners.
