We stopped at these lights on our way out of town. Never been here before and we just seen em from the road. We found an area where you could get out and walk and we were in the middle of it when they shut all of the lights off. I'm guessing they were on a timer. We didn't see any hours listed when we went out there. Had our son in the stroller and everything. They didn't even have walkway lighting for us to get our of there. You guys are responsible for making sure that everyone is safe at your park and that was the most unsafe thing we have ever experienced. The worst part was there was one light on. It was a TV playing Seinfeld. I just don't understand why Seinfeld stayed on but you couldn't even use basic pathway lighting to at least let anyone left there to walk out. You need to list the hours rhe park is open at all entrances where they are clearly posted and you literally need someone there the entire time the lights are up. Have an announcer get on a PA and ask park goers to make their way...
Read moreI always have to make a stop here because the lights put on such an amazing show and I highly recommend going on a weekday rather than a weekend because parking can get hectic. There's so much to see and they also sell hot chocolate, popcorn, toys, etc. onsite if the little ones are getting a little hungry or thirsty. The hot chocolate is okay, a little watered down but the popcorn is warm and delicious. We paid for everything in cash so I don't know if they take credit cards.
We also waited for the carriage ride and paid for it, only for them to skip out on us and we were in the freezing cold weather for it. It wasn't Rhema's fault since the horses are operated by a different vendor but I was pretty upset and should've made them give me more than a refund for my time but it won't stop me from coming here like I...
Read moreA quiet place with great atmosphere. Traffic is very poorly optimized. Avoid the area on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays unless you are attending the church, as traffic can be horrendous. There are minimal turn lanes so church traffic can congest the area for hours. The annual Christmas lights are absolutely wonderful and a must see for everyone at least once but I cannot stress enough the traffic situation. Between Thanksgiving and New Years Day, a 30 car pileup would have a lesser effect on traffic. Literally miles in every direction will be backed up in one lane waiting to turn in, and the other lane trying to cut Into the lane to turn in. Avoid the area at all cost during the holidays, unless specifically going...
