I like to provide an update on the interaction below. The Director of Stores Nate, contacted me to inquire about my review. Nate understood my frustration and explained to me the mishap of the information I was provided and worked to make it right. Nate and the team found a solution and provided a resolution that worked. I was completed satisfied and customer service was exemplary in taking care of the situation.
Nate even delivered the purchase to me at my Home (which was something he did not have to do) but was definitely appreciated.
Nate and the team have restored my faith in customer appreciation and customer service. I have always recommended J David Jewelry to anyone who would listen, and I will continue to that now and in the future.

I want to first start off by stating that the staff member who assisted me was exceptional and the hospitality was great. The reason for my rating is not Regarding the Ownership or staff. It is strictly regarding their Black Friday Diamond Stud Event.
According to their Facebook page and Website, this was an event where you set an appointment to reserve your pair of diamond earrings. I went to jdavidjewelry.com to set an appointment for Saturday at 10 am at their Brookside location. I was told on the website someone will get back to me to confirm my appointment.
On Friday 11/29/2024 I received a text message from number 877-343-4378 asking which earrings I wanted and which location was convenient for me (I selected the 1/4 cwt. and the Brookside location).
The response back was "Your 1/4 cwt. Diamond Studs are reserved at our Broken Arrow store. To finalize, reply with the time I'd like to "pick them up" Friday 11/29: 10 AM-6PM or Saturday 11/30 10 AM-5PM. I chose Saturday 11/30 at 2 PM.
I arrived to the Broken Arrow location 10 minutes early 1:50 (mind you I live in Owasso, thats why I selected the Brookside location).
The sales associate could not find me in the system. I had to show her the text message. Then she told me they were out of stock and they can order them for me to arrive Friday 12/6/2024.
I felt like I could have just walked in, saw the diamond stud event and placed an order or called and placed an order.
The purpose of setting the appointment was useless as it did not secure the diamond studs as I was told in the text message I received that it would.
My time is very important to me and a simple text message letting me know they were out of stock would have been a nice gesture.

My first experience with J. David was last year when my husband surprised me by taking me to the Broken Arrow store to upgrade my existing wedding set for our 10 year anniversary. We opted to go with a custom design so I could reuse stones from my previous set. This was my first custom piece of jewelry so I didn’t know what to expect but the staff at J. David were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process from initial design to final product.
One thing I really love about them is their wish list program which allows you to add anything you’d like to wish list. This list can be kept on file, or can then be emailed to your spouse (a subtle hint); employees will also call or send a handwritten postcard to your spouse (a not-so subtle hint) if you’d like. This really helps take the guess work out of gift giving. I also have to say that their customer service is amazing. Recently, I added something to my wish list and my husband decided to surprise me with it for Easter. The staff wrapped it in a J. David box with a beautiful bow as usual but went the extra mile by taking the additional time to find an adorable Easter basket to put it in. This was all done during the time my husband was in the store! Probably the most amazing thing about the experience is this was NOT an expensive piece of jewelry which shows they will go above and beyond no matter if your purchase is large or small.

Read moreSeveral years ago, my husband & I used J. David to design an opal ring for my October birthday & they were exceedingly patient as we went through several revisions & a couple of mock ups. The ring turned out just gorgeous & I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. So we knew we had to go back to them to handle a delicate ( & emotional ) jewelry design after I lost my beloved Mom after a short battle with Cancer & had inherited her jewelry. My Mom had inherited her Mother’s wedding rings, (made around the 40s) had added to it & we wanted to somehow see if we could add my engagement ring & somehow work all 3 in to 1 design. We met & worked with Brianna at the Broken Arrow J. David & she was absolutely a Joy to work with. She immediately got the gist & the emotional importance of what we wanted plus I also needed the ring to sit above my 40th Wedding Anniversary band. She came up with a beautiful design that not only meshed 3 generations of rings but also had to take into account the different shapes of the stones. She arranged all the stones into the shape of a marquise shape & since the ring had to have a high profile, she had my husband’s first name initial, mine on the other side & our last initial in the middle set below the “platform” of the ring. At the center is my Momma’s main round stone & I feel like I will always have her with me. My husband & I cannot speak highly enough about Brianna, her empathy & great design as well as the friendly Staff that always greeted us with a smile & a hug because they make you feel like family.
