You should give Oinker's your business and here is why:

Pricing: Somewhere between MSRP and market value. This means if you are looking for something heavily coveted, you'll find it here over MSRP so it won't beat out waiting in line at or stalking a retail chain, but they also strategically price under online market values. So unless you have some serious time or luck, this place is going to have the best price hands down. That includes singles!

Selection: Huge. Every trading card game worth playing, pretty decent amount of minis and a nice selection of board games. Oinker's runs out last and starts having them first. They are also the first place that started to carry a rare TCG I kickstarted so their radar is great.

Space: Huge. Did you check next door? It's also their store with extra tables. On a given night you could have 2-3 tournaments going for different games with 2-3 tabletop groups playing. It's a beautiful sight, and the tables/chairs are very comfortable.

Customer Service: Did you think any of the above was a reason to come here? THIS is the REAL reason. Local Game Stores can be infamous for improper customer treatment, unfair tournament calls, and people who just don't care. Oinker's is staffed and owned by people of the exact opposite. Everyone is eager to help and the atmosphere is super friendly. The owner's keep asking about people because they know that people make the games popular and happen. They want to hear what you have to say to make it a place you want to come back to. They have mad respect for everyone. They have their own discord where communities are organizing and getting the store information for releases/kits.

Mascot: Anya the Cat! Yes! She is real and fabulous! She might even help you find your next game!

They are very friendly and helpful. We have had no trouble getting my husband and his wheelchair in, reserving a table and getting around. It is a nice place to meet. There is frequently someone there playing an RPG game or card plays like pokey man. They even host competitions that can lead to state and national play. Thank you

While the store itself is accessible and the staff and customers are great about helping my husband who uses a wheelchair, the parking lot is very disappointing. The handicap parking is across the driveway from the stores. The spaces are not wide enough for lift operations. I have had to use 2 spots so that I could load, unload and deliver the wheelchair to my husband. The ramp that is closest to the handicap parking requires steps to get to most stores. The other ramp is much farther and has no handicap parking next to it. When I get lucky I do park there, but that is rare. I’ll be glad when...

Honestly I’ve spent a fair amount of money at this store instead of online, or the big box stores or other local stores. After tonight, all the other options seem more appealing.

I came for the prerelease, which I have done many times, and since I don’t generally have time to sit and deck build and play I get my kit and say “thank you Annie”, and I go home.

So I came for the same reason today and was informed that I was required to play, or I couldn’t participate. I’m not a stranger to this store, and I asked why. I was given some excuse about the store selling out, and maybe I could get prizes.
