Never have i ever had bad service, long wait time and terrible food all in one location. Please pick a struggle. My co-driver and i came in just after 11pm 09-11-15 and we ordered our food 10 to 15 minutes after arriving. We didnt leave with our food until literally the next day, 12:10am, about an hour after ordering. I had the Nachos and a bbq brisket sandwich. My co-driver had the mozzarella sticks and bbq bacon cheddar burger. By the time we received our food, my Nachos were cold and soggy, my bbq brisket sandwich had no bbq, nor was i given any bbq and the brisket itself was dull and bland. My co-drivers mozzarella sticks were completely hollow as if it had been drained of all cheese and in his own words, the bbq bacon cheddar burger "taste like ashtray." My co-driver ate half his sandwich and chucked it up as a loss. I returned my food for a refund. Still hungry but id rather just have my money back instead of facing the possibility of another hour wait on a different meal just to have that one screwed up too.

Also, on my co-drivers receipt that he found in his bag, he was referred to as "red shirt" and i was referred to as "black man." If McDonald's can ask me for my name and Starbucks can ask me for my name, then why cant you do the same? Smh...

Sorriest greediest casino I've ever been in. My wife and I played $700 in there and I bet I can count on my fingers how many times I won my bet back. I knew the risk of playing, but there's no joy and excitement when it's an automatic loss immediately without even winning a few dollars here and there. I usually enjoy casinos even when I lose.
