As a long-time customer since this store first opened, I've been thrilled to witness its incredible growth and evolution. The selection of products has expanded tremendously, making it a true one-stop shop for all my hair care needs.
However, my experience hasn't always been perfect. One area that needs some attention is customer service. While the employees are generally friendly, it's often difficult to find someone to help, especially during peak hours.
Furthermore, the language barrier can sometimes make it challenging to fully explain the customer’s needs and receive tailored recommendations, with time the building is becoming more and more overcrowded, which can be overwhelming and frustrating when trying to navigate the aisles adding to being cluttered and disorganized arrangement.

Read moreI like the fact that this place is close to me and has what I need however their customer service is not that great most of the time. I came in to purchase a small flat iron. I saw the one I needed on display with a price sticker on it. I told the lady which one I wanted and she pulled out a box with the same flat iron but a different price. I politely let her know that it was the same iron but priced at a higher price. So right in front of me, she took the sticker off the display Iron and said it was a wrong Price and to come back and talk to the manager in 15 minutes when he returned from lunch or where ever he was. How could I prove a point if she removed my evidence? I just left the store, very disappointed and confused. I found my needed flat iron at another store priced even lower that 7Miles’s first price.
I still shop here because they have a product that I need but I hate the clutter, the rudeness. And I don’t spend the big money there...

Before I even left the checkout line right in front of him I was able to log into my account and see the transactions I just made and saw that both of them went through.He clearly charged me twice for one transaction. I asked him to give me back my money and cancel one transaction.The man to this day has not given me back my money this incident happened back in May 2019.
